Stephen Dowd is vice-president, infrastructure, and Alan Wilson is vice-president, fixed income credit, at the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan (OTPP). Dowd joined Teachers in January 2006 as director, infrastructure, with almost 20 years international experience in the energy and utilities sectors. Wilson has held progressively senior positions in the fixed income group and was promoted to director, fixed income, in 2004.
